For years I did what you may be doing right now, I had the enormous task of being the person who was supposed to find the next great business location. As a buyer or tenant it would have normally not cost me a thing. As a seller and landlord, my costs were already high with lost nights and weekends trying to find tenants, determine if they were credit worthy and figuring out leases. What I didn't realize back then was that a professional could have helped me to not under price my property, not waste months with the rent set $100 too high and to get my property in front of buyers looking for properties just like mine.
